The Medical and Health Recruitment Board (MHRB), Assam, has released the official notification for the recruitment of 620 Registrar, Demonstrator, and Resident Physician positions across various departments in the Government Medical Colleges. Eligible candidates can apply online for the MHRB Assam Registrar/Resident vacancy from April 06, 2025, to April 25, 2025.

MHRB Assam Registrar/Resident Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 620 vacant posts under the MHRB Assam Recruitment 2025 Notification for Registrar, Demonstrator, and Resident Physician posts.

MHRB Assam Registrar/Resident Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for Registrar, Demonstrator, and Resident Physician posts, candidates should possess the following:

Educational Qualifications:

Broad Speciality Departments:

• MD/MS/DNB/MDS in a relevant discipline from a recognized university under NMC/NBE/DCI.

• For Anatomy: MS (Anatomy) or MSc (Medical Anatomy) with Ph.D.

• For Biochemistry: MD (Biochemistry) or MSc (Medical Biochemistry) with Ph.D.

• For Physiology: MD (Physiology) or MSc (Medical Physiology) with Ph.D.

Super Speciality Departments:

• MD/DNB in General Medicine for: Cardiology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, and Medical Oncology.

• MS/DNB in General Surgery for: Plastic Surgery, CTVS, Neurosurgery, Urology, and Pediatric Surgery.

Age Limit (as of 01.01.2023):

• All Candidates: 21–45 years
