The Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) has announced 119 vacancies for the post of JE & Other under the Meghalaya PSC Recruitment 2025 notification. Eligible candidates can apply online for the Meghalaya PSC JE, Accounts Assistant & Other vacancy from April 14, 2025, to May 15, 2025.

Applications are invited for a total of 119 vacant posts under the Meghalaya PSC Recruitment 2025 Notification for the following categories:

Meghalaya PSC JE & Other Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Meghalaya PSC JE, Accounts Assistant & Other Vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• Junior Engineer (Grade-I, Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Draughtsman/Surveyor: Diploma in Civil Engineering/Draughtsmanship/Surveying from any recognized institute.
• Accounts Assistant: Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate
• Inspector of Legal Metrology: B.Sc in Physics or B.E./B.Tech. in relevant field

Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years

MPSC JE & Other Selection Process:

• Written Examination: MCQ based, 300 marks

• Personal Interview

• Document Verification

Meghalaya PSC JE & Other Exam Pattern 2025:

Junior Engineer (Civil):

• General English & General Knowledge: 100 marks
• ​Civil Engineering: 200 marks

Inspector of Legal Metrology:

• General English: 100 marks
• General Studies & aptitude: 100 marks
• Mathematics: 100 marks

Draughtsman/Surveyor:

• General English: 100 marks
• Civil Engineering: 200 marks

Accounts Assistant:

• General English: 100 marks
• General Knowledge: 100 marks
• Mathematics: 100 marks

Meghalaya PSC JE & Other Vacancy 2025 Application Fee:

• Inspector & Junior Engineer: ₹350

• Draughtsman & Accounts Assistant: ₹320

SC/ST candidates who are permanent residents of Meghalaya are eligible for a 50% fee concession.
