Vacancy Details:
Applications are invited for a total of 556 vacant posts for the monthly stipend of ₹3,000.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Membership in SHG networks, Seng Samla, or other youth organizations.
- Active community volunteer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and community members.
- Passion for working towards the betterment of children and the community.
- Basic proficiency in using technology such as mobile applications, online forms, and reporting tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Applicants must be residents of the village or neighboring villages.
- Ability to speak, read, and write the local language is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for training and stay in villages as required.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting: Based on eligibility and application review.
- Group Discussion (GD):
- Weightage: 30 Marks.
- Personal Interview (PI):
- Weightage: 20 Marks.
- Final Selection: Based on combined GD and PI scores.
