Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 556 vacant posts for the monthly stipend of ₹3,000.

Job Location:

• Place of Posting: Anganwadi Centers in Ri-Bhoi District, Meghalaya

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

1. Membership in SHG networks, Seng Samla, or other youth organizations.
2. Active community volunteer experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and community members.
4. Passion for working towards the betterment of children and the community.
5. Basic proficiency in using technology such as mobile applications, online forms, and reporting tools.

Additional Requirements:

1. Maximum age: 28 years.
2. Applicants must be residents of the village or neighboring villages.
3. Ability to speak, read, and write the local language is preferred.
4. Willingness to travel for training and stay in villages as required.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting: Based on eligibility and application review.
2. Group Discussion (GD):
   • Weightage: 30 Marks.
3. Personal Interview (PI):
   • Weightage: 20 Marks.
4. Final Selection: Based on combined GD and PI scores.
