The Meghalaya Basin Development Authority (MBDA) is recruiting for 03 Posts of District Program Manager (DPM) under the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) project. Candidates for this position should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in project management. Applicants should be proficient in IT skills including Microsoft Office and G-Suite and be able to work in a cross-cultural context.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in any of the following fields:
- Management
- Social Work
- Public Administration
- Development Studies
- Sociology
- Education
- Early Childhood
- Statistics
- Economics
- Or any other relevant social science subject from a recognized institution.
- Graduates with over 2 years of relevant project management experience are also eligible.
- Postgraduate degree in any of the following fields:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in managing government programs or working with community institutions is advantageous.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides), with a strong ability to create impactful presentations.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of local languages (Khasi, Garo, or Pnar) is an added advantage.
- Age Limit:
- Maximum age of 45 years as of the application date.

- Final Selection:
- Candidates will be selected based on their performance in both the written test and personal interview.
- General Guidelines:
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the written test or interview.
- The decision of MBDA regarding the selection process will be final.
