MAHATRANSCO Recruitment 2025 Notification: The Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MAHATRANSCO) is recruiting for 04 Posts of Executive Engineer (Civil). The company, which operates a large power transmission network across Maharashtra, is looking for qualified candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 9 years of experience in the power sector. MAHATRANSCO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• The candidate must have a total of 9 years of experience in civil works related to the power sector.
• Out of the 9 years, at least 5 years should be as Additional Executive Engineer or Deputy Executive Engineer, or 2 years as Additional Executive Engineer.

Age Limit:

• For outsiders: The upper age limit is 40 years, with a relaxation of up to 45 years for Reserved Category candidates.
• For departmental candidates (MSETCL employees): The age limit is 57 years.
• Age will be calculated as of 03.04.2025.

Salary and Benefits:

• The selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs. 97,220 – Rs. 1,09,445.
• In addition to basic pay, candidates will be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other benefits like medical benefits, provident fund, and gratuity.
• Gross Emoluments are estimated to be Rs. 1,98,574 without office accommodation.

• Online Written Test (80% weightage): This test will include questions on Professional Knowledge in Civil Engineering, as well as General Aptitude, including Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Marathi Language.
