Vacancy & Salary Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 01 vacant posts under the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:

Post: General Manager/E8 (Procurement)Number of Posts: 1Maximum Age Limit (as of January 1, 2025): 55 years(Age relaxation is applicable for deserving and experienced candidates.)For Deputation:

1. Should be in SAG/NFSAG/SG or equivalent grade with a minimum of 15 years of Group ‘A’ IRSE Service.
2. Experience in tendering, procurement, and related fields.
3. Alternatively, should have served a minimum of 15 years in Group ‘A’ Service in State Government/Central Government/PSUs with expertise in:
   • Preparation of tender documents.
   • Tender review, evaluation, arbitration, and conciliation as per Government of India guidelines.

For Contractual Appointment:

1. Must hold a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
2. Should be currently working as GM/AGM in IDA/CDA pay scales in metro rail, railway, or railway PSU.
3. Experience Requirement:
   • 18 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years as AGM or equivalent.
   • Expertise in tendering, contract management, preparation of tender documents, tender review, evaluation, and knowledge of funding agencies’ tender documents.
   • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts, arbitration, and conciliation as per Government of India guidelines.

Selection Process:

• Candidates with suitable work experience, seniority, domain expertise, and project fitness will be given preference.

6. Final Decision

• The final selection is at the discretion of the company and will be based on an assessment of eligibility, qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process.
