Overview:

Position Details:

• Position Title: Customer Service Associate (CSA)
• Pay Scale:
  • Basic Pay: ₹24,050/month (scale of ₹24,050 – ₹1,20,000).
  • Current CTC: Approximately ₹59,000/month at metro centers.
  • Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, allowances, and perquisites as per bank norms.
• Job Type: Permanent (after probation).
• Probation Period: 6 months.
• Service Bond:
  Selected candidates will be required to execute an undertaking to work for a minimum period of 3 years. Failing this, liquidated damages will apply as prescribed.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institution/board approved by the Government of India/UGC.
• Candidates must have completed graduation as of 01.11.2024.
• Those awaiting results or pursuing graduation are not eligible.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 26 years as of 01.11.2024 (born on or after 02.11.1998).
• Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Nationality

• Candidates must be of Indian nationality.

Selection Process:

1. Online Test:
   • Tentative Date: 15.12.2024.
   • Exam Centers:
     • Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Mangaluru, Dharwad/Hubballi, Mysuru, Shivamogga, Kalaburgi.
   • Test Structure:

   • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
2. Interview:
   • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at the bank’s Head Office, Mangaluru, or other locations as determined.
3. Training and Posting:
   • Selected candidates will undergo an Induction Training Programme at Karnataka Bank’s Staff Training College, Mangaluru, or any other designated location.
   • Upon successful completion, they will be posted to branches/offices across India.
