ISRO Scientist/Engineer Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 63 vacant posts under the ISRO Recruitment 2025 Notification for the following categories:

ISRO Scientist/Engineer Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the ISRO Scientist/Engineer vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

1. BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science with:

• Minimum 65% marks aggregate or
• CGPA of 6.84 on a 10-point scale

2. Valid GATE score in EC/ME/CS paper.

Age Limit (As on 19.05.2025):

• Maximum Age: 28 years

ISRO Scientist/Engineer Selection Process:

The selection for Scientist/Engineer consists of the following stages:

• Shortlisting based on GATE Score (not marks or rank) in a 1:7 ratio.

• Interview Assessment out of 100 marks:

  • Technical Knowledge – 40
  • General Awareness (in the area of specialization) – 20
  • Communication Skills – 20
  • Comprehension – 10
  • Academic Achievements – 10

• Final Merit List = 50% GATE Score + 50% Interview
