IRFC Various Manager Selection Process:
Selection for managers & other positions will be based on:
- Shortlisting of Applications: Based on academic qualifications and relevant experience.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, where they must present their work experience and achievements.
- The selection committee will assess the annual performance appraisal reports from the last three years.
