Graduate Apprentices

• Total Seats: 20
• Disciplines:
  • Civil Engineering: 13
  • Electrical Engineering: 4
  • S&T (Signal & Telecommunication) Engineering: 3
• Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Technician (Diploma) Apprentices

• Total Seats: 10
• Disciplines:
  • Civil Engineering: 7
  • Electrical Engineering: 2
  • S&T (Signal & Telecommunication) Engineering: 1
• Stipend: ₹8,500/month

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit (as of December 1, 2024)

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 30 years
  • Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer).

Educational Qualification

• Graduate Apprentices: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline.
• Technician Apprentices: Diploma in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline.

Additional Requirements

1. Candidates must have completed their degree/diploma on or after August 1, 2021, or during 2022, 2023, or 2024.
2. Must not have undergone apprenticeship training or have work experience of more than 1 year.
3. Mandatory registration on the NATS portal.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting: Based on merit, calculated from marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email and must present original documents for verification.

Application Process:

1. Step 1: Register on the NATS portal and obtain a unique registration number.
2. Step 2: Apply online on IRCON’s official website (www.ircon.org):
   • Complete the registration form.
   • Upload the required documents:
     • Educational certificates (10th, 12th, Diploma/Degree)
     • Identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
     • Caste/EWS certificate (if applicable)
     • Recent photograph and signature.
3. Step 3: Submit a signed hard copy of the online application form along with self-attested documents to:
   JGM/HRM, IRCON International Limited, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017.
   • Envelope should be superscribed: “Application for the Engagement of Apprentices as per Apprentices Act 1961 – Advt No. A01/2024”.

General Information:

• Training duration: 1 year.
• No accommodation or travel allowances will be provided by IRCON.
• The apprenticeship does not guarantee employment with IRCON.
