​The Income Tax Department of Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Chhattisgarh (CG) have announced the Income Tax Dept MP & CG Stenographer Recruitment 2025, inviting applications for the position of Stenographer Grade-I to fill 46 vacancies. To be eligible for Stenographer Grade-I posts, candidates must possess the following:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold an analogous post regularly or possess equivalent experience in stenography as per Income Tax Department norms.​

• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applicants is 56 years as of 30 April 2025.
