The Indian Knowledge System and Mental Health Applications (IKSMHA) Centre at IIT Mandi is committed to innovative research focused on understanding the foundations of mind, brain, and consciousness, with applications rooted in Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) for mental health. The Centre actively fosters interdisciplinary research and collaborations with other departments within engineering, basic sciences, and the humanities.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• A Ph.D. degree in the relevant fields.
• The potential to develop a recognized research group aligned with IKSMHA’s goals.
• Teaching experience and interest aligned with the IKSMHA Centre’s mission.
• Commitment to interdisciplinary research, especially in context with socially relevant technologies for the Himalayan region.
