Project Engineer cum Estate Officer B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (60% Marks) 15 years in construction projects (Govt./Public Sector) 55 years
Systems Manager B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics or MCA/M.Sc in CS (60% Marks) 10 years in network/software/hardware support, certifications like CCNA/MCSE etc. 50 years
Purchase Officer Post-Graduate degree with 55% marks, MBA/Material Management is desirable 8 years in purchase and store functions, 2 years in Level 7 or equivalent 45 years
Deputy System Manager B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics or MCA/M.Sc (60% Marks) 8 years in networking/security services, certifications like CCNA/WCNA etc. 45 years
Program Officer (Accreditations & Ranking) MBA/Post-Graduate degree with 55% marks 8 years, with 2 years in Accreditation functions in academic institutions 45 years
International Relations Officer MBA/Post-Graduate degree in Management with 55% marks 8 years, 2 years in International Relations functions, experience in higher education 45 years

Assistant Stores Officer Post-Graduate degree with 55% marks, MBA/Material Management is desirable 7 years, 2 years at Level 5, with experience in handling store functions 40 years
Assistant Administrative Officer (Hindi) Post-Graduate degree in Hindi or English (55% marks) 7 years, 2 years at Level 5, with 4 years in administration, Hindi translation knowledge preferred 40 years
Secretary to Director Post-Graduate degree with 55% marks, MBA/PGDM desirable 7 years, 2 years at Level 5, with experience in admissions or administrative work 40 years
Assistant Admission Officer MBA/PGDM (55% marks), specialization in International Business/Relations is desirable 7 years, 2 years at Level 5, with experience in handling admission processes at academic institutions 40 years

Selection Process:

Selection Process for IIM Jammu Recruitment 2025 Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview. The candidate’s qualifications, experience and suitability will be assessed during the interview process. For some posts, there may also be a written test or skill-based assessment.
