The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) is recruiting for 01 Post of Academic Associate (AA) in its Executive Education Office. The position is open to candidates with a post-graduate degree in Management or an MBA, and those pursuing doctoral programs in Management can also apply. The role involves providing support to faculty, preparing academic materials, administering quizzes and tests, and assisting in the evaluation of assessments.

IIM Calcutta Academic Associate Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• You must have a Post Graduation or equivalent degree in Management or MBA.
• Candidates pursuing Doctoral Programs or Ph.D. in Management can also apply.

Academic Performance: You should have at least 60% marks in both your Graduation and Post Graduation.

Skills:

• You should be proficient in MS Office tools.
• Having experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are required, while knowledge of Bengali is preferred.

Age Limit: Applicants should be 30 years or younger as on the date of application.

You will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 34,000 per month. This stipend will be revised annually based on your performance. Along with the stipend, you will also get some additional benefits, including:

IIM Calcutta Academic Associate Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

1. Application Screening

• All applications will be reviewed to ensure candidates meet the educational qualifications, experience, and skills requirements.
• Candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria (Post Graduation/MBA with 60% marks, age limit, and relevant skills) will proceed to the next stage.

2. Shortlisting Based on Merit

• Shortlisting will be done based on academic performance, work experience (if any), and relevant skills.
• Candidates with additional experience in AI, LMS, or strong communication skills may be given preference.

3. Interview Round

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview (online or in-person).
• The interview will assess:
  • Subject knowledge in Management
  • Technical skills (MS Office, AI, LMS, etc.)
  • Communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali preferred)
  • Overall suitability for the role
