Position Type: Regular or Contractual

Remuneration:

• Regular Position: Pay Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500) as per 7th CPC, including allowances (HRA, DA, TA).
• Contractual Position: Consolidated monthly remuneration as per institute policy.
• Benefits: Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accident Insurance, etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • Option 1: CA/ICWA with 5 years of post-qualification experience.
   • Option 2: B.Com with CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter) and 8 years of post-qualification experience.
   • Option 3: B.Com with MBA (Finance, full-time) and 8 years of post-MBA experience.
2. Experience:
   • Work experience in centrally funded educational institutions, central government universities, or reputed private/public sector enterprises.
   • Preferably in institutes of national importance (e.g., IIMs, IITs, NITs, IISERs).
3. Skills Required:
   • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally (ERP), and other financial software.
   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of the closing date (relaxation as per GOI rules)

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting: Based on educational qualifications, experience, and skill set.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
