Join IIM Amritsar as an Academic Associate (Trainee) to support faculty in teaching and research, gaining valuable experience for a future academic or research career. This is a contractual role with a stipend of ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.

Overview:

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 10 vacant posts.

Specializations: OB/HR, Operations Management, Quantitative Techniques, Finance, Accounts, IT & Computational Systems, Economics, Strategy, Marketing.

Contract Period: Annual, renewable up to a maximum of 5 years.

Remuneration:

• Consolidated stipend: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
  (Based on qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.)

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • A consistently good academic record with a postgraduate degree in:
     • M.Sc/MCA/MA (Economics, Operations Management, Quantitative Techniques, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science).
     • M.Com (Finance & Accounts).
     • MBA (Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, IT).
   • Applicants awaiting final semester results can apply but must submit all mark sheets upon joining.
2. Age Limit:
   • Maximum age: 30 years as of the closing date of application.
   • Relaxations as per Government of India rules.
3. Skills Required:
   • Excellent interpersonal skills for student interaction.
   • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
   • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and professional software.
   • Aptitude for learning and adapting to new challenges.

Selection Process:
