IIIT Kota Recruitment 2025 Notification: The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kota (IIIT Kota) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the 30 posts of Various Non-Faculty. The vacancies for the mentioned posts will be filled on a direct recruitment and deputation (Short-term contract) basis. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online mode.

IIIT Kota Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

1. Registrar

   • Qualification:
     • Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
     • Relevant experience required.
   • Age Limit: 55 years.

2. Deputy Registrar

   • Qualification:
     • Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
     • Relevant experience required.
   • Age Limit: 55 years.

3. Assistant Registrar

   • Qualification:
     • Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent.
     • Must have an excellent academic record.
   • Age Limit: 45 years.

4. Junior Superintendent

   • Qualification:
     • First-class Bachelor’s degree.
     • 06 years of experience.
   • Age Limit: 32 years.

5. Physical Training Instructor

   • Qualification:
     • Graduate with a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.).
     • 03 years of experience.
   • Age Limit: 32 years.

6. Junior Technical Superintendent

   • Qualification:
     • BE/B.Tech/M.Sc./MCA.
     • 05 years of experience.
   • Age Limit: 32 years.

7. Junior Engineer

   • Qualification:
     • Graduate + Bachelor of Library Science or Master of Library Science.
     • Equivalent Diploma in Library Science.
     • 06 years of experience.
   • Age Limit: 32 years.

8. Junior Assistant

   • Qualification:
     • Bachelor’s degree.
     • Computer Knowledge required.
   • Age Limit: 27 years.

9. Junior Technician

   • Qualification:
     • Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree.
     • ITI with 02 years of experience (as an alternative).
   • Age Limit: 27 years.

10. Junior Superintendent (Library)

• Qualification:
  • Graduate + Bachelor of Library Science or Master of Library Science.
  • Equivalent Diploma in Library Science.
  • 06 years of experience.
• Age Limit: 32 years.

11. Junior Technician (Library)

• Qualification:
  • Degree with a Diploma in Library Science.
  • OR 03 years degree in Library Science.
• Age Limit: 27 years.

IIIT Kota Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

• Screening of Applications

  • Applications will be reviewed to ensure candidates meet the minimum eligibility criteria.
  • Incomplete applications or those lacking required documents will be rejected.

• Shortlisting of Candidates

  • Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email and the IIIT Kota website.
  • The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on www.iiitkota.ac.in.

• Selection Test/Skill Test (If Applicable)

  • Certain posts may require written tests, skill tests, or technical assessments.
  • The test will assess subject knowledge, reasoning, and technical skills related to the post.

• Presentation/Interview (If Applicable)

  • Candidates for higher-level posts (Registrar, Deputy Registrar, etc.) may have to give a presentation or appear for an interview.

2. Special Instructions for Registrar & Deputy Registrar Applicants

• Candidates applying for the Registrar and Deputy Registrar posts must submit their applications through the proper channel.
• They must include:
  • Attested copies of APAR (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports) for the last 5 years.
  • Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
  • Cadre Clearance Certificate.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.

3. Submission of Hard Copy

• The hard copy of the application, along with the required documents, should be sent in an envelope superscribed as:
