The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT),  Kolkata Campus is recruiting for 05 Posts of Export Facilitation Cell (EFC) Associate on a contractual basis. The post involves providing export-related consultancy, collecting and sharing information for state entrepreneurs and providing support in research activities. Candidates should have a Master’s degree with high educational qualification, excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in information management. Experience in export-related services or degree/diploma in export-import management will be given preference.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Must have a Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks in any discipline.
   • Candidates with degrees in Economics, International Business, Management, or related fields are preferred.
2. Additional Qualifications:
   • A Degree/Diploma in Export Import Management is desirable.
3. Skills:
   • Excellent command over written and spoken English.
   • Proficiency in handling data and working with computer systems.
   • Experience in data collection, analysis, export databases, or export research is an advantage.
4. Work Experience:
   • Minimum three years of working experience in export-related services in Government, Autonomous, or Statutory bodies is preferred.
5. Age Limit:
   • Candidates must be between 25 to 40 years as of the last date of application (01st February 2025).
   • Age relaxation of up to 5 years may be considered for those with prior relevant work experience.

Selection Process:

• Shortlisting of Applications:

• Test/Interview:
  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a test/interview before the selection committee of IIFT.
  • The date, time, and venue of the test/interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via email.
• Final Selection:
  • The final selection will be based on the performance in the test/interview and meeting all eligibility criteria.
  • Selected candidates will be required to join immediately after selection.
