Vacancies:

• Pay Scale: ₹44,500 – ₹89,150

Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality:

• Must be an Indian citizen.

Age:

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 30 years as of November 30, 2024.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwBD: 10–15 years (category-specific)
  • Additional relaxations for ex-servicemen and others as per GoI norms.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• Streams and Qualifications:
  • Project Financing/Corporate Credit: PG in Management (Finance) or Chartered Accountant.
  • IT: BE/BTech in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Legal: LLB (Preference for LLM).
  • Accounts: CA/CMA.
  • Treasury/Risk Management: PG in Finance or CA, CFA preferred.
  • Other Specialized Streams: Relevant postgraduate qualifications and experience.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in officer cadre in relevant fields.

Selection Process:

Phase I: Online Examination (Objective Type)

• Total Marks: 200
• Sections:
  • Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Financial Awareness (100 marks).
  • Domain-Specific Knowledge (100 marks).
• Negative marking for incorrect answers.

Phase II: Interview (Technical and Behavioral)

• Total Marks: 100

Final Selection:

• Based on combined performance in Phase I and Phase II (Weightage: 40:60).
