Applications are invited for a total of 25 vacant posts under the IHBL Engineer & Other Notification 2025 for the following categories:

IHBL Engineer & Other Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the IHBL Engineer, Officer & Other Vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• Engineers & Deputy Manager: Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks in the relevant discipline
• Officer (Finance): CA or CMA from recognized Indian institutes.
• Officer (HR): Full-time MBA/PG Degree in HRM/IR/Personnel Management/Labor Welfare with a minimum of 60%.

Age Limit (as on 01.05.2025):

• Deputy Manager: 40 years
• Senior Engineer: 35 years
• Engineer/Officer: 30 years

IHBL Engineer & Other Selection Process:

The selection procedure for Engineer, Officer & Other posts consists of the following stages:

1. Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience

2. Two-stage Personal Interview (PI)

3. Document Verification

4. Medical Fitness Test
