The Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) is recruiting for 03 Posts of Apprenticeship Training Program in Finance & Accounts and Administration for a duration of 12 months. This program provides a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month for 3 posts. Applicants should have a B.Com/BBA (Finance) degree and should be between 20 and 28 years of age as on December 31, 2024.

Vacancy & Salary Details:
Applications are invited for a total of 3 vacant posts under the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold a B.Com or BBA degree with specialization in Finance. - Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 20 years (as of December 31, 2024).
- Maximum age: 28 years (as of December 31, 2024).
- Age Relaxation:
Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates. - Nationality:
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. - Experience:
Candidates who have undergone prior apprenticeship training or have 1 year or more work experience are not eligible. - Academic Completion:
The qualifying degree must have been completed within 3 years prior to December 31, 2024. If the date of result declaration is not mentioned in the mark sheet, a certificate from the institution is required. - Marks Format:
Applicants must upload their marks in percentage format only. If marks are in CGPA or grades, conversion proof must be provided.
Selection Process:
- Merit-Based Shortlisting:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their final percentage of marks in the qualifying degree.
- Marks entered in CGPA/Grades without conversion to percentage will lead to rejection. Proof of conversion must be provided if applicable.
- Tie-Breaking Criteria:
- In case of candidates with the same percentage of marks, the candidate with higher age will be given preference.
- Interaction/Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interaction/interview.
- Document Verification:
- Candidates must bring the following original documents (with self-attested photocopies) for verification:
- 10th and 12th certificates and mark sheets.
- Qualifying degree certificate and mark sheets.
- Proof of date of birth.
- Valid caste certificate (if applicable).
- PAN card and Aadhar card.
- Passport-size photographs (2 copies).
- Candidates must bring the following original documents (with self-attested photocopies) for verification:
- Final Selection:
- Selected candidates will be notified through their registered email address.
- The schedule for document verification and joining will be communicated separately.

- Go to the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) website: https://nats.education.gov.in.
- Upload Documents:
- Ensure you upload marks in percentage format only (conversion proof required if marks are in CGPA/Grades).
- Attach scanned copies of the following documents:
- Educational certificates (10th, 12th, qualifying degree).
- Proof of date of birth (e.g., Aadhar card or birth certificate).
- Valid caste certificate (if applicable).
- Passport-size photograph.
- Submit the Application:

- Submit the application through the NATS portal.
