Compensation Details:
- Cost to Company (CTC):
₹6.14 Lakh to ₹6.50 Lakh per annum (in Class A cities).

- Initial appointment will be on probation for one year, extendable at the bank’s discretion.

Qualifications:
Generalist Post (Grade ‘O’):
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a university recognized/approved by the Government or statutory bodies such as AICTE, UGC, etc.
- Passing only a diploma course does not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Minimum Marks Required:
- General/EWS/OBC Candidates: Minimum 60% aggregate marks.
SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Minimum 55% aggregate marks.
Experience Requirements:
Generalist Position:
- No prior work experience is required. This role is open to fresh graduates who meet the educational and age criteria.
Specialist Position – Agri Asset Officer (AAO):
- Similar to the Generalist position, no specific prior work experience is mentioned in the official notification. However, relevant academic qualifications in the specified fields are mandatory.
