Key Details:

• Eligibility Criteria (as of October 1, 2024):
  • Age: 20-25 years
  • Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Computer Skills: Basic IT proficiency require

• Contract Terms:
  • Initial period: 1 year, with possible extension up to 2 years based on performance.
  • Remuneration: ₹29,000 per month in the first year, ₹31,000 in the second year.
  • No entitlement to allowances (like DA, HRA) or superannuation benefit.

• Pay Scale :The pay scale for the IDBI Bank Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) positions under the 2024 recruitment is as follows:
  • First Year: ₹29,000 per month (fixed)
  • Second Year: ₹31,000 per month (fixed)
• Carrier Progression:
  • After 2 years, eligible for Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’) post, subject to performance and availability.
