ICSI IEPFA Executives Recruitment 2025

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 20 (approx.) vacant posts.

Salary & Benefits:

The consolidated payout will be in the range of ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on post-qualification experience:

• More than 2 years of experience: ₹50,000 per month (1st year), ₹55,000 per month (2nd year), ₹60,000 per month (3rd year)
• 1 to 2 years of experience: ₹45,000 per month (1st year), ₹50,000 per month (2nd year), ₹55,000 per month (3rd year)
• Up to 1 year of experience (exceptional cases only): ₹40,000 per month (1st year), ₹45,000 per month (2nd year), ₹50,000 per month (3rd year)

Eligibility Criteria for ICSI IEPFA Executives:

Educational Qualification:

• Mandatory: Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

Experience:

• Preference will be given to candidates with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience and those with more than 2 years of experience.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience will only be considered if no other experienced candidates are available.
• Note: Training experience during the CS course will not be counted as post-qualification experience.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: Below 35 years (as of 01.01.2025)

Contract Duration:

• The contract will be for one year initially and may be extended up to a maximum of three years based on performance and requirement.
