The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is hiring up to 30 CRC Executives on a contractual basis with monthly compensation of ₹40,000–₹60,000. Eligible members can apply online by January 30, 2025.

Overview:

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 30 vacant posts.

• Location: Central Registration Centre, Corporate Bhawan, IICA, Manesar, near Gurgaon, Haryana.

Compensation Structure:

1. Post-Qualification Experience (Up to 1 Year):
   • ₹40,000 (Year 1), ₹45,000 (Year 2), ₹50,000 (Year 3).
2. Experience (1–2 Years):
   • ₹45,000 (Year 1), ₹50,000 (Year 2), ₹55,000 (Year 3).
3. Experience (More than 2 Years):
   • ₹50,000 (Year 1), ₹55,000 (Year 2), ₹60,000 (Year 3).

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Must be a Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Experience:

• Preference for candidates with 1–2 years or more of post-qualification experience.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience will be considered only in exceptional cases.
• Training as part of the CS curriculum will not be counted toward experience.

Age Limit (as of January 1, 2025):

• Maximum Age: 35 years

Contract Details:

• Initial Tenure: 1 year
• Extension: Renewable annually for up to 2 additional years based on performance and organizational needs.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting: Based on eligibility criteria and screening.
2. Final Selection: Candidates shortlisted by the selection committee will be notified.
