The ICAR-Indian Institute of Sugarcane Research (IISR), Lucknow, invites applications from eligible candidates for the following positions on a transfer/permanent absorption basis:

Overview:

1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

Number of Posts: 6

Pay Level: Pay Level-02

Eligibility:

• LDCs from other ICAR Institutes/Headquarters who have successfully completed their probation period and are confirmed in ICAR service.
• LDCs from Central Government/State Government/Central Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies/PSUs who are confirmed in their parent organization after successfully completing the probation period and possess the educational qualifications prescribed for direct recruitment to the post of LDC.

2. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Erstwhile SSS)

Number of Posts: 28

Pay Level: Pay Level-01

Eligibility:

• MTS from other ICAR Institutes/Headquarters who have successfully completed their probation period and are confirmed in ICAR service.
• MTS from Central Government/State Government/Central Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies/PSUs who are confirmed in their parent organization after successfully completing the probation period and possess the educational qualifications prescribed for direct recruitment to the post of MTS.

General Conditions:

• Employees applying for transfer should have completed their probation period before applying.
• A minimum period of 5 years should be completed from the initial appointment before applying for inter-institutional transfer.
• Employees, once transferred on their own request, cannot apply for transfer for the next 10 years.
• Preference will be given to officials of the ICAR system.
• The other terms and conditions for inter-institutional transfer will be as per ICAR guidelines.

Application Process:

• Interested candidates should submit their applications in the prescribed proforma along with attested copies of APAR for the last 5 years.
• Applications should be forwarded through the proper channel to the undersigned within 30 days of the issue of this circular.
• Candidates from Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi sub-division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, or Lakshadweep can submit their applications within 45 days of the issue of this circular.
• A certificate stating that no disciplinary case is pending or being contemplated against the candidates must be furnished while forwarding the application.
