Job Title: Specialist Officer (CRP SPL-XIV)

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Specialist Officers under the CRP SPL-XIV recruitment drive. The roles available include:

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Officer: Manage IT infrastructure, develop and maintain software applications, ensure cybersecurity.
• Agricultural Field Officer: Promote agricultural loans, provide technical support to farmers, conduct field visits.
• Rajbhasha Adhikari: Implement official language policy, translate documents, conduct language training.
• Law Officer: Provide legal advice, handle legal documentation, represent the bank in legal matters.
• HR/Personnel Officer: Manage recruitment, employee relations, training and development.
• Marketing Officer: Develop marketing strategies, manage promotional activities, conduct market research.

Qualifications:

• IT Officer: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communications or equivalent.
• Agricultural Field Officer: 4-year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Agriculture Engineering/Fishery Science/Pisciculture/Agri Marketing & Cooperation/Co-operation & Banking/Agro-Forestry.
• Rajbhasha Adhikari: Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level or equivalent.
• Law Officer: A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
• HR/Personnel Officer: Graduate and Two Years Full-time Post Graduate degree or Two Years Full-time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.
• Marketing Officer: Graduate and Two Years Full-time MMS (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time MBA (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing.

2. Open Application Form: Click on “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- Clerks (CRP-Clerks-XIV)”.
3. New Registration: Click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” and enter basic information. Note down the provisional registration number and password.
4. Upload Documents: Upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and any applicable certificates as per guidelines.
5. Fill out the Application Form: Carefully fill out the online application. Use “SAVE AND NEXT” to verify details before final submission.
6. State Preference: Indicate the state for provisional allotment. This choice is final and cannot be changed.
