The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is an autonomous body set up to evolve and implement world-class processes of assessment and selection of personnel for various client organizations. IBPS provides its services to all Public Sector Banks, SBI, Associate Banks of SBI, RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, LIC & Insurance companies, and other banks that are regular members of the IBPS society.

IBPS invites applications for the post of Specialist Officer (SO) in various disciplines. The positions available are:

Key Responsibilities:

• I.T. Officer: Manage IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity.
• Agricultural Field Officer: Promote agricultural loans and provide technical support to farmers.
• Rajbhasha Adhikari: Implement the official language policy and translate documents.
• Law Officer: Provide legal support and handle legal matters of the bank.
• HR/Personnel Officer: Manage HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Marketing Officer: Develop marketing strategies and promote banking products.

Qualifications:

• I.T. Officer: 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunications/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation.
• Agricultural Field Officer: 4-year Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Agriculture Engineering/Fishery Science/Pisciculture/Agri Marketing & Cooperation/Co-operation & Banking/Agro-Forestry.
• Rajbhasha Adhikari: Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level or Post Graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.
• Law Officer: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.
• HR/Personnel Officer: Graduate and Two Years Full-time Post Graduate degree or Two Years Full-time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.
• Marketing Officer: Graduate and Two Years Full-time MMS (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time MBA (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing.

3. New Registration: Click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” and enter basic information. Note down the provisional registration number and password.
4. Upload Documents: Upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and any applicable certificates as per guidelines.
5. Fill out the Application Form: Carefully fill out the online application. Use “SAVE AND NEXT” to verify details before final submission.
6. State Preference: Indicate the state for provisional allotment. This choice is final and cannot be changed.
