HPSC Manager, Engineer & Other Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the HPSC HARTRON vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Educational Qualification & Experience:

AGM (Accounts)—CA with 5 years in Executive Position

DGM (Accounts)—CA with 7 years experience (5 years as AGM or above)

Senior System Analyst—1st Class BE/B.Tech (CS) or MCA + 5 years in IT

Project Manager—1st Class BE/B.Tech (Electronics) + 7 years (5 as AGM or above)

AGM (Admin)—MBA (HR) + 5 years (2 years as Senior Manager or above)

Senior Engineer (Electronics)—1st Class BE/B.Tech (Electronics) + 5 years

Manager (Accounts)—CA + 2 years experience

Programmer—1st Class BE/B.Tech (CS) or MCA + 1 year

Assistant Engineer (Electronics)—1st Class BE/B.Tech (Electronics) + 2 years

Company Secretary—ICSI Member + 3 years as CS
Age Limit (as on 28.05.2025):
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
