The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has announced the recruitment for 237 posts of Lecturers in various technical subjects and Foreman Instructor (Group-B) in the Higher Education Department (Directorate of Technical Education), Haryana.

Applications are invited for a total of 237 vacant posts under the following categories:

HPSC Lecturer (Technical) Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification

• For Lecturer (Technical) Posts:
  • A Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in the relevant engineering or technical discipline from a recognized university with at least 55% marks.
  • A Ph.D. degree in the relevant field is preferable.
  • Candidates with teaching, research, or industry experience will be given preference.
• For Foreman Instructor:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant field with First Class.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching, research, or industry experience is desirable.

2. Age Limit (as on 19.02.2025)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 42 years
• Age Relaxation: (as per Haryana Government norms)
  • SC/ST (Haryana): 5 years
  • BC-A, BC-B (Haryana): 5 years
  • EWS (Haryana): No relaxation
  • PWD (General): 10 years
  • PWD (SC/BC): 15 years
  • Ex-Servicemen (ESM): Deduction of service period from actual age

3. Nationality

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Preference will be given to domiciles of Haryana.

4. Other Eligibility Conditions

• Language Proficiency: Candidates must have studied Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Level.
• Valid Certificates:
  • BC-A, BC-B, and EWS candidates must upload a valid category certificate issued after 16.07.2024.
  • ESM/DESM candidates must provide a valid identity card issued by the Zila Sainik Board.
• Physical & Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit as per Haryana Government norms.

HPSC Lecturer (Technical) Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

1. Written Examination (Objective Type)

• The written exam will be objective-type (MCQs) and conducted offline/online.
• The exam will cover technical subjects, general awareness, and teaching aptitude.
• The detailed syllabus and exam pattern will be notified later by HPSC.
• Candidates securing the minimum qualifying marks will be shortlisted for the interview.

2. Interview (Personality Test)

• Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for the interview.
• The interview panel will assess the candidate’s subject knowledge, teaching skills, communication skills, and overall personality.
• The weightage of the interview will be determined as per HPSC norms.

3. Document Verification

• Candidates who qualify in the interview will be required to submit original documents for verification.
• The following documents must be presented:
  • Educational Certificates (Degree/Diploma)
  • Category Certificate (SC/BC-A/BC-B/EWS/PWD/ESM) (if applicable)
  • Experience Certificates (if required for the post)
  • Valid ID Proof (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)
  • Haryana Domicile Certificate (if claiming reservation)

4. Final Merit List & Appointment

• The final selection will be based on the combined performance in the written exam and interview.
• The merit list will be published on the official HPSC website.
• Selected candidates will receive an appointment letter and must join within the specified period.

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

• Go to the HPSC official website: https://hpsc.gov.in
• Click on “Apply Online” under the Recruitment Section.

Step 2: Registration

• Click on “New Registration” and enter:
  • Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Date of Birth
• After successful registration, you will receive a Login ID & Password on your registered email and mobile.

Step 3: Fill in the Online Application Form

• Log in using the Login ID & Password.
• Select the desired post (Lecturer/Foreman Instructor).
• Fill in the personal details, educational qualifications, and category details.
• Provide experience details (if applicable).

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

Candidates must upload scanned copies of the following documents:
