The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has released the Assistant District Attorney (ADA) Recruitment 2025 Notification for 23 vacancies in the Department of Home (Prosecution), Himachal Pradesh. Eligible candidates can apply online before 13 April 2025.

HPPSC Assistant District Attorney Vacancy 2025:

Applications are invited for a total of 23 vacant posts under the HPPSC Recruitment Notification 2025.

HPPSC Assistant District Attorney  Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Professional Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an advocate.

Note: Candidates must submit an experience certificate duly signed by the President, District Bar Association/Bar Council.

Desirable Qualification:

• Knowledge of Himachali customs, manners, and dialects.

Age Limit (As of January 1, 2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

HPPSC Assistant District Attorney  Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on:

1. Screening Test / Preliminary Exam

• Mode: Online (Computer-Based Test) or Offline, MCQ
• Total Marks: 100 Marks
• Duration: 1 Hour

2. Subject Aptitude Test (SAT)—Written Exam

• Mode: Descriptive (Offline)
• Total Marks: 120 Marks
• Duration: 3 Hours

3. Personality Test (Final Interview)

• Total Marks: 30 Marks
