The Himachal Pradesh High Court is recruiting for various posts, including Personal Assistant, Clerk, Driver, and Mali, with pay levels up to ₹1,36,000. Eligible candidates can apply online by February 10, 2025.

Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 14 vacant posts under the following categories:

1. Personal Assistant/Judgment Writer (Group B – Regular): 5 Posts
   • Pay Level: ₹43,000 – ₹1,36,000
2. Clerk/Proof Reader (Group C – Regular): 2 Posts
   • Pay Level: ₹20,200 – ₹64,000
3. Driver (Group C – Regular): 2 Posts
   • Pay Level: ₹21,300 – ₹67,800
4. Mali (Group D – Regular): 5 Posts
   • Pay Level: ₹18,000 – ₹56,900

Eligibility Criteria:

Personal Assistant/Judgment Writer:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation with 8 years of experience as a stenographer, judgment writer, or steno typist in a reputed organization or government department.
• Skills: English stenography speed of 110 WPM and typing speed of 55 WPM.
• Age Limit: 18–45 years (Relaxation as per rules).

Clerk/Proof Reader:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university.
• Skills: Typing speed of 30 WPM in English on computers.
• Age Limit: 18–45 years (Relaxation as per rules).

Driver:

• Educational Qualification: Matriculation and valid LMV/Heavy Vehicle driving license with 3 years of driving experience.
• Preference: Good mechanical knowledge of automobiles.
• Age Limit: 18–45 years (Relaxation as per rules).

Mali:

• Educational Qualification: Matriculation with 3 years of experience in gardening.
• Age Limit: 18–45 years (Relaxation as per rules).

Selection Process:

1. Personal Assistant/Judgment Writer:
   • Competitive proficiency test, transcription, and typing test.
   • 10% error tolerance in transcribing and typing.
2. Clerk/Proof Reader:
   • Screening Test, Written Test, Typing Test, and Interview.
3. Driver:
   • Screening Test, Proficiency (Driving) Test, and Interview.
4. Mali:
   • Shortlisting (1:3 ratio) followed by document verification.

• General/EWS: ₹347.92 (Including GST)
• Reserved Categories of HP: ₹197.92 (Including GST)
