Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for Relationship Manager positions at various levels (Assistant Manager to Senior Manager) across India. No. of vacancies are not specified by the bank.

Compensation Package:

• Pay Scale: ₹3,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum (based on experience).

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification (as of February 7, 2025)

• Graduate with at least 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (Regular Course).
• Degrees from recognized universities/institutes. Distance education qualifications will not be considered.

Work Experience

• 1–10 years of sales experience in any organization.

Age Limit (as of February 7, 2025)

• Maximum: 35 years.

Probation Period:

• Duration: 6 months.
• Confirmation depends on satisfactory performance during probation.

Selection Process:

1. Online Test:
   • Exam Pattern:
     • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
     • Medium: English only.
