Educational Qualifications:
Essential:
- Degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.
- Two-year Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree/Diploma in any of the following areas with a minimum of 65% marks:

- Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR
- Equivalent Degree with specialization in HR
- Equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR
- Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management

Compensation and Benefits:
Monthly Stipend: ₹50,000 during training.
Post-Training Salary: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000 with pay fixed at the start of the scale.
