Gujarat High Court Librarian Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Gujarat High Court Librarian Vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent.

• Preferably a Law Degree.

• Basic Computer Knowledge Certificate as per State Govt. norms.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a recognized library post-qualification.

Age Limit (as of 23 May 2025):

• Minimum: 21 years

• Maximum: 37 years

Gujarat High Court Librarian Selection Process:

The selection procedure for a librarian consists of the following stages:

1. Main Written Examination (Objective—MCQs)

• Marks: 100
• Duration: 2 Hours
• Negative Marking: 0.33 per wrong/multiple answer

2. Viva-Voce Test (Interview)

• Marks: 40
