The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) invites online applications from eligible candidates for 244 posts under the Gujarat Administrative Service (Class-I), the Gujarat Civil Services (Class-I & II), and the Gujarat Municipal Chief Officer Service (Class-II). The GPSC Class I & II Notification 2025 was released on 7 March 2025, and the online application process will be open from 8 March 2025 to 27 March 2025.

GPSC Class I & II Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 244 vacant posts under the GPSC Class I & II Notification 2025 for the following categories:

• Class-I Posts: 39
• Class-II Posts: 168

Special Recruitment Drive for Divyang Candidates:

• Class-I Posts: 09
• Class-II Posts: 28

GPSC Class I & II Eligibility Criteria:

To apply for the GPSC Recruitment 2025, candidates must possess the following:

Educational Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university under an Act of the Parliament/State Legislature of India.
• Candidates in their final year can apply for the preliminary exam but must possess a valid degree before the main exam application deadline.

Medical graduates (MBBS or equivalent):

• Candidates who have completed the final professional medical examination but have not completed an internship can apply but must produce a completion certificate at the time of the personality test.

Age Limit (As of 23 March 2025)

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years

GPSC Class I & II Selection Process:

The selection process for GPSC Class 1 & 2 includes:

1. Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) 
2. Main Examination (Descriptive Type)
3. Personality Test (Interview)

GPSC Class 1 & Class 2 Recruitment 2025 Application Fee:

• General Category: ₹100 + Service Charges
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: No Fee
