ESIC PGIMSR Bengaluru Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2025

Vacancy Details:

The ESIC Medical College & PGIMSR invites applications for a total of 20 vacant posts under the following positions on a contractual basis for a period of three years:

Remuneration:

The consolidated pay for teaching faculty is as follows:

• Professor: ₹2,49,561/- per month
• Associate Professor: ₹1,65,953/- per month
• Assistant Professor: ₹1,42,576/- per month

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification & Experience

• As per the Minimum Qualifications for Teachers in Medical Institutions Regulations, 1998, amended and applicable as on the date of interview.
• Candidates must hold a valid PG qualification in the relevant specialty.

Age Limit

• Not exceeding 67 years as of the date of the interview.

Selection Process:

1. Selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview.
2. Results will be communicated via email and displayed on the official ESIC website.
3. Preference will be given to candidates recognized as PG Guides or those eligible for PG guidance.

2. Documents to Submit at the Time of Interview:
   • Two self-attested passport-sized photographs.
   • Self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials, including:
     • Proof of age (Date of Birth certificate).
     • Educational qualifications and experience.
     • Research publications.
   • Original certificates for verification.
   • Caste certificate for reserved categories in the prescribed format.
   • NOC for candidates employed in government organizations.

   • Reporting Time: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
   • Venue:
     New Academic Block, ESIC Medical College & PGIMSR, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru

Terms of Contract:

1. The initial contract period is for three years, with extensions possible based on performance, availability of vacancies, and institutional requirements.
2. A security deposit of ₹1,00,000 is required, refundable upon completion of one year of service.
3. The contract is terminable with one month’s notice on either side.
