The ESIC Model Hospital in Bari-Brahmana, Jammu is seeking 32 full-time/part-time contractual specialists and senior residents for various medical fields. The hospital is seeking candidates with required qualifications, age, and documents. A walk-in interview will be held on 28th January 2025, with an application fee of Rs. 250/-. For Full-Time/Part-Time Specialists:

Qualification:

• Full-Time: Postgraduate (PG) Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty with relevant experience (3 years after PG Degree, 5 years after PG Diploma).
• Part-Time: Same qualifications with 3 years’ experience after PG Degree or 5 years after PG Diploma.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 67 years as of the date of the interview.

Emoluments:

• Full-Time: Rs. 1,06,000/- per month for Junior Specialists, Rs. 1,23,000/- for Senior Specialists.
• Part-Time: Rs. 60,000/- for 16 hours per week (additional charges for extra hours).

For Senior Residents:

Qualification:

• MBBS with a PG Degree, DNB, or Diploma in the concerned department.
• Registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council is required.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 37 years as of the interview date.

Emoluments: Rs. 67,700/- per month (Level 11, 7th CPC) plus allowances as per the rules.

Selection Process:

• Selection based on walk-in interview at ESIC Model Hospital, Bari-Brahman, Jammu.
• Candidates must report on 28th January 2025 with all required documents.
• Interview starts at 11:00 AM, with final selection based on candidate’s performance.

Rs. 250/- (no fee for female candidates)

How to Apply:

Documents to Bring:

• Matriculation Certificate (for age proof).
• PG Degree/Diploma/MBBS Certificates.
• Registration with MCI or State Medical Council.
• Experience Certificates (if applicable).
• Caste Certificate (if applicable).
• 2 recent passport-size photographs.
• NOC from the current employer (if applicable).
• Annexure ‘A’ (provided in the notification).

Terms and Conditions:

• The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to fill or not fill vacancies, change the interview date, or cancel it without prior notice.
• The number of vacancies is subject to change without notice.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• Selected candidates must deposit ₹10,000 via Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque payable at Bari-Brahmana, Jammu in favor of “ESI Fund A/C No. 1” at joining. This amount is refundable after completing two months of service (including 30 days’ notice) and submitting a “No Dues Certificate.”
• Selected candidates must sign an “Agreement” as per ESIC norms on ₹100 non-judiciary stamp paper at the time of joining. The candidate will bear the cost of the stamp paper.
