ESIC Ahmedabad Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2025 Pay Scale & Allowances:
- Professor: ₹1,18,500/- (Level 13) + Allowances
- Associate Professor: ₹78,800/- (Level 12) + Allowances
- Assistant Professor: ₹67,700/- (Level 11) + Allowances
- Senior Residents: ₹67,700/- (Level 11) + Allowances
ESIC Ahmedabad Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit (as of 24.02.2025):
- Teaching Faculty: Not exceeding 69 years.
- Senior Residents: Not exceeding 45 years (relaxation as per Government norms).
Educational Qualification & Experience (As per NMC Norms):
- Professor: MD/MS/DNB in the concerned specialty with 8 years of teaching experience, including 3 years as Associate Professor.
- Associate Professor: MD/MS/DNB in the concerned specialty with 5 years of teaching experience, including 2 years as Assistant Professor.
- Assistant Professor: MD/MS/DNB in the concerned specialty with relevant teaching experience.
- Senior Resident: MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant field.
Medical Council Registration:
- Candidates must be registered with NMC/State Medical Council and must produce proof of registration at the time of the interview.

The selection will be based on:
- Academic Credentials–Marks obtained in MBBS, PG degree, and experience.
- Interview Performance–Candidates will be assessed based on subject knowledge, research publications, communication skills, and suitability for the post.
