Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is looking for engaging talented Young Professionals (YPs) from prestigious academic and professional institutes across the country, who have passion to perform data analytics, statistical analysis and have experience and knowledge in field of social security. The numbers of Young Professionals to be hired will be as per the requirement of the user Division of the Organisation based on the workload.

Position: Young Professional (YP)

Number of Vacancies: Rolling basis, as per requirements

Job Type: Government, Contract Basis

Location: Delhi

Salary:

• Consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹65,000, with potential performance-based increments

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation from any recognized university
• Skills: Experience in data analytics, statistical analysis, and social security research is preferred
• Age Limit: Maximum age of 32 years as of the closing date of application
• Experience: No prior experience required, but preference given to candidates with research experience in social security

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Plan & Policy Division with data analytics and statistical analysis
• Conducting research on social security and government schemes related to the labor sector
• Assisting in the development and implementation of social security projects
• Performing other duties as assigned by the organization
