1. Age Limit:
- General category candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old.
- The candidate’s birth date should fall between 02.07.1994 and 01.07.2002 (both dates inclusive).
- There are age relaxations for specific categories:

- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen / Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Actual period of service rendered in the defense forces + 3 years (8 years for disabled Ex-Servicemen belonging to SC/ST), subject to a maximum age limit of 50 years
- Widows, divorced women, and women legally separated from their husbands (who have not remarried): 9 years
- Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years
- Regular employees of the Union Carbide Factory, Bhopal (retrenched from service, applicable to Madhya Pradesh state only): 5 years
- Persons With Disabilities: 10 years

2. Nationality:
Candidates must be Indian citizens.
3. Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should be graduates from any recognized university.
- Additionally, candidates should have a working knowledge of computers and proficiency in the local language of the state they are applying for.
4. Selection Process:
Preliminary exam, main exam, and document verification.
5. Job Role:
Clerical duties such as handling customer inquiries, account maintenance, and other administrative tasks.
