Eligibility Criteria for the Indian Navy Agniveer SSR and Agniveer MR Recruitment

Agniveer (SSR):

• Educational Qualification: Qualified in 10+2 examination with Mathematics and Physics from Boards of School Education recognized by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
• Subjects: Must have studied either Chemistry, Biology, or Computer Science in addition to Mathematics and Physics.
• Age Limit: Minimum age of 17.5 years and maximum age of 21 years as of January 1, 2025.
• Physical Standards: Must meet the physical fitness standards, including a 1.6 km run, push-ups, and sit-ups.

Agniveer (MR):

• Educational Qualification: Passed Matriculation Examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from Boards of School Education recognized by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
• Age Limit: Minimum age of 17.5 years and maximum age of 21 years as of January 1, 2025.
• Physical Standards: Must meet the physical fitness standards, including a 1.6 km run, push-ups, and sit-ups.

General Requirements:

• Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
• Nationality: Must be an unmarried Indian citizen.
• Visual Standards: Must meet the visual standards without glasses and with glasses.
• Medical Standards: Must be medically fit as per the Indian Navy’s standards.
