The MP Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has announced vacancies under Group 5, including Nursing Staff, Paramedical Staff, and other allied posts. Below are the detailed eligibility criteria for candidates:

1. Educational Qualifications

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) along with the relevant diploma/degree as specified for the applied post.
• Specific qualifications for each post are determined by the recruitment rules outlined by the respective departments.

2. Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age:
  • General Category: 40 years
  • Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, Women, and Government Employees): 45 years

Age Calculation Date: Age will be calculated as of 1st January 2024.

3. Reservation and Relaxation

• Vertical Reservation:
  • Scheduled Tribes (ST): 20%
  • Scheduled Castes (SC): 16%
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC): 27% (pending judicial verdict)
  • Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): 10%
• Horizontal Reservation:
  • Women: 35%
  • Persons with Disabilities (PWD): 6% (divided into categories like VH, EH, LD, etc.)
  • Ex-Servicemen: 10% (Group 3) and 20% (Group 4)

Note: For horizontal reservations, eligible candidates must meet departmental requirements.

4. Other Eligibility Requirements

• Domicile: Applicants must be permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh.
• Employment Registration: A valid registration with the Employment Office of Madhya Pradesh is mandatory.
• Adhaar Mandatory: Candidates must have a verified Aadhaar Card. Biometric verification will be conducted during the exam.

5. Examination Eligibility

• Candidates will be deemed provisionally eligible until verification during the recruitment process by the concerned department.
