Eligibility Criteria for Lokpal of India Consultants Recruitment 2024
The Lokpal of India is inviting applications for the engagement of retired government servants on a contractual basis for various Consultant roles. Below are the detailed eligibility criteria for each position:
General Criteria:
- Age Limit: Applicants should not exceed 63 years of age as of the closing date of the application.
- Contract Period: Initial engagement is for one year, extendable up to two additional years based on performance and requirements.
Education Qualification:
1. Consultant (Assistant Court Master)
- Number of Vacancies: 03
- Essential Criteria:
- Retired from an analogous post in Level-8 pay grade.
- Experience as a Court official in Supreme Court, High Courts, or Statutory Tribunals established under Central or State legislation.
- Degree in Law from a recognized University in India.
- Proficiency in shorthand (English) with a speed of 110 words per minute.
- Proficiency in computer operations with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
2. Consultant (Section Officer – Protocol)
- Number of Vacancies: 01
- Essential Criteria:
- Retired from an analogous post (pay level-10) in Supreme Court, High Court, or Statutory Tribunals.
- Degree from a recognized University in India.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Protocol management in Supreme Court, High Court, or Statutory Tribunals.
3. Consultant (Assistant Section Officer – Protocol)
- Number of Vacancies: 02
- Essential Criteria:
- Retired from an analogous post (pay level-7) in Supreme Court, High Court, or Statutory Tribunals.
- Degree from a recognized University in India.
- Proficiency in computer skills with a typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Protocol management in Supreme Court, High Court, or Statutory Tribunals.
4. Consultant (Private Secretary)
- Number of Vacancies: 03
- Essential Criteria:
- Retired from an analogous post (pay level-8) in Courts or Statutory Tribunals.
- Degree from a recognized University in India.
- Proficiency in shorthand (English) with a speed of 110 words per minute.
- Proficiency in computer operations with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
