1. Educational Qualification
- Graduation: A candidate must have a valid degree in graduation from a recognized university in India.
- Preference: Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector are preferred.
2. Age Criteria
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years (as of January 1, 2024).
3. Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: Up to 35 years
- OBC: Up to 33 years
- LIC Employee (General): Up to 42 years.
- LIC Employee (OBC): Up to 45 years.
- LIC Employee (SC/ST): Up to 47 years.
4. Work Experience
- General Candidates: No specific work experience required, but preference is given to those with at least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector.
- LIC Agent/Employee Category: Specific work experience requirements apply.
5. Other Requirements
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
- Skills: Strong understanding of insurance products, excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
