Eligibility Criteria for India Seeds (NSCL) Recruitment 2024

National Seeds Corporation Limited (NSCL) is inviting online applications for various positions. Below are the detailed eligibility criteria for all the advertised posts:

Education Qualification:

1. Deputy General Manager (Vigilance)

  • Education: MBA (HR)/PG Degree or Diploma in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, MSW, MA (Public Administration), or LLB with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 10 years post-qualification experience in a vigilance role at officer level in a Govt./PSU/Organization, with 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 50 years.

2. Assistant Manager (Vigilance)

  • Education: MBA (HR)/PG Degree or Diploma in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, MSW, MA (Public Administration), or LLB with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 2 years in a vigilance role at an officer level in a supervisory position.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years.

3. Management Trainee (HR)

  • Education: Full-time PG Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, HR Management, or MBA (HRM) with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

4. Management Trainee (Quality Control)

  • Education: M.Sc. (Agriculture) specializing in Agronomy, Seed Technology, or Plant Breeding & Genetics with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

5. Management Trainee (Electrical Engineering)

  • Education: BE/B.Tech. in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

6. Senior Trainee (Vigilance)

  • Education: MBA (HR)/PG Degree or Diploma in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, MSW, MA (Public Administration), or LLB with at least 55% marks.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

7. Trainee (Agriculture)

  • Education: B.Sc. (Agriculture) with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

8. Trainee (Quality Control)

  • Education: B.Sc. (Agriculture) with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

9. Trainee (Marketing)

  • Education: B.Sc. (Agriculture) with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

10. Trainee (Human Resources)

  • Education: Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks. Typing speed: 30 WPM in English; knowledge of Hindi typing is desirable.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

11. Trainee (Stenographer)

  • Education:
    • Sr. Secondary or equivalent with a 3-year diploma in Office Management and Stenography, or
    • Graduate with 60% marks, preferably with a Stenography Certificate.
  • Additional Skills: 80 WPM shorthand in English, 30 WPM typing speed in English.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

12. Trainee (Accounts)

  • Education: B.Com. with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

13. Trainee (Agriculture Stores)

  • Education: B.Sc. (Agriculture) with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

14. Trainee (Engineering Stores)

  • Education:
    • Diploma in Agriculture/Mechanical Engineering with 55% marks, or
    • ITI in Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, or Tractor Mechanic with 60% marks plus a 1-year apprenticeship.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

15. Trainee (Technician)

  • Education: ITI in relevant trades such as Fitter, Electrician, Diesel Mechanic, etc., with 60% marks and a 1-year apprenticeship.
  • Training Period: 1 year, extendable by 6 months if necessary.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years.

Additional Information:

  1. Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • PwBD: 10 years
    • Ex-servicemen: 5 years
