Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has announced 45 vacancies for the Technician (Grade-II) post under the ECIL Recruitment 2025 notification. The ECIL Technician Notification 2025 was released on May 16, 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online for the ECIL Technician vacancy from May 16, 2025, to June 05, 2025.

ECIL Technician Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 45 vacant posts under the ECIL Technician (Grade-II) Notification 2025 for the following categories:

ECIL Technician Salary 2025:

• Pay Scale: ₹20,480/- per month + DA + HRA + Fringe Benefits + Medical + Leave as per ECIL rules

ECIL Technician (Grade-II) Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the ECIL Technician Vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• Matriculation/SSC or equivalent

• ITI Certificate (NTC) in the relevant trade with NAC or 1 year of relevant experience.

Age Limit (as on 30 April 2025):

• Upper Age Limit: 27 years for UR candidates

• Age relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • PwD: 10 years

ECIL Technician Selection Process:

The selection procedure for Technician (Grade II) consists of the following stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 85% Weightage

2. Trade Test – 15% Weightage

ECIL Technician Exam Pattern 2025:

• Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)

• Duration: 120 minutes

• Questions: 100

• Marking: +1 per correct answer, -0.25 for wrong answers

• Medium: English, Hindi, & Telugu
