ECIL is recruiting for General Manager and Senior Manager positions across HR, Finance, Law, and Technical disciplines with pay scales up to ₹2,80,000. Eligible candidates can apply online by January 31, 2025.

Applications are invited for a total of 10 vacant posts under following categories:

1. General Manager (HR): 1 post
2. General Manager (Finance): 1 post
3. General Manager (RF Systems & Microwave Designs): 1 post
4. General Manager (Defence Systems): 1 post
5. Senior Manager (HR): 3 posts
6. Senior Manager (Law): 1 post
7. Senior Manager (RF Systems & Microwave Designs): 2 posts

Pay Scale:

• General Manager: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 (IDA)
• Senior Manager: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 (IDA)

Eligibility Criteria:

General Manager (HR/Finance/RF Systems/Defence Systems)

1. Educational Qualification:
   • HR: First Class Graduate with MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in HR/PMIR.
   • Finance: Qualified CA/CMA.
   • RF Systems: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication with 60% marks.
   • Defence Systems: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communication with 60% marks.
2. Experience: Minimum 24 years in relevant fields.
3. Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.

Senior Manager (HR/Law/RF Systems)

1. Educational Qualification:
   • HR: First Class Graduate with MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in HR/PMIR.
   • Law: LLB/Integrated LLB with 60% marks (LLM preferred).
   • RF Systems: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication with 60% marks.
2. Experience: Minimum 14 years in relevant fields.
3. Age Limit: Maximum 42 years.

Additional Requirements:

• Preference given to candidates from CPSEs and with relevant sector experience.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting: Based on qualifications and experience.
2. Interview: Eligible candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
3. Document Verification: At the time of the interview.

• SC/ST/PwBD/Defence Officers/Internal Employees: Exempted
