DRDO RAC Vacancy 2025 Notification: The Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) is India’s premier agency for military research and development. It operates under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, and is responsible for designing, developing, and testing defense technologies, including missiles, aircraft, radars, electronic warfare systems, and armored vehicles. DRDO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

• Post Name: Chairperson, Recruitment and Assessment Centre (RAC)

• Educational and Professional Qualification:

  • The candidate must be an Eminent Retired or Serving Professional in one of the following categories:
    • Scientist
    • Technologist
    • Civil Servant
    • Academician
  • The candidate should have experience in recruitment, assessment, or policy-making related to research and development organizations.

• Work Experience and Service Requirement:

  • The candidate must have served at the level of Secretary to the Government of India (Pay Level 17).
  • Must have a proven track record in leadership, policy formulation, and decision-making at a senior level in government, research institutions, or academic organizations.

• Age Limit:

  • The maximum age limit is 65 years at the time of appointment.
  • The appointment will be made for a period of three years or until the candidate reaches 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.

DRDO Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

• The selection will be conducted by a Search-cum-Selection Committee appointed by the Government of India.
• The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) will finalize the selection based on the committee’s recommendations.

• Download the biodata format available in the recruitment section.

2. Fill the Application Form

• Enter your personal details, including full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Provide educational qualifications and professional experience details.
• Mention previous posts held and achievements in policy formulation and recruitment processes.
• Sign and attach an undertaking stating that you will accept the position if selected.

3. Attach Required Documents

Candidates must attach self-attested copies of the following documents:
✔ Proof of Age (Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, or any government-issued ID).
✔ Educational Qualification Certificates.
✔ Experience Certificates.
✔ Proof of Employment in a Relevant Position.
✔ Any Other Supporting Documents as required.
