The eligibility criteria for DRDO RAC Scientist Recruitment 2025 are as follows:

Educational Qualification

• Project Scientist ‘F’: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science & Engineering) with 10 years of experience in software design and development.
• Project Scientist ‘D’: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electronics & Communication Engineering) with 5 years of experience in Electronics/RF systems.
• Project Scientist ‘C’: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electronics & Communication Engineering) with 3 years of experience in Electronics/RF systems.
• Project Scientist ‘B’: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electronics & Communication Engineering). A valid GATE score is desirable.

Age Limit (as on 21 March 2025)

• Project Scientist ‘F’: Not exceeding 56 years.
• Project Scientist ‘D’: Not exceeding 45 years.
• Project Scientist ‘C’: Not exceeding 40 years.
• Project Scientist ‘B’: Not exceeding 35 years
